Independent clinical studies show that with correct usage, over 60% of the hairs in the active growth cycle are permanently removed in the first treatment.

Typical hair growth cycle is 3-4 weeks. Finally Free treats hairs that are in the active stage of growth (not dormant) thus you will need to treat at different stages in the growth cycle. Finally Free destroys the ability of 60% of the active hairs in the treated area to re grow in one treatment but you still will need to treat an area 2-5 times to cover the entire growth cycle.

You can safely use it as often as you like. Treatment to remove additional hairs which were in an early growth stage of growth (beneath the skin surface during treatment) should occur 2 to 4 weeks after the treatment. Continue this schedule until all of the hairs in the treated area are removed permanently.

Yes, it is perfectly safe. We use radio waves in a frequency used by other medical devices in hospital settings as well as ordinary devices throughout the house (TV remotes, garage door openers). The international standards for this technology has been established over a half century ago and there has been no reports which have raised concern. The technology and our product are perfectly safe.

Not at all. Finally Free sends a painless radio wave down the length of the hair to the root, deadening the hairs ability to re grow. The hair falls away with normal scrubbing. No needles, no blades, no chemicals, and no zaps.

You can safely use it as often as you like.

Hair grows in stages. Hair in the active stage (above the skin) will be treated and most (about 60%) will not regrow. To get the most out of a treatment, we suggest you wait 2 to 4 weeks before doing another treatment. This will allow the most hair to come above the surface and into the active stage. Continue this schedule until all of the hairs in the treated area are removed permanently.

Finally Free is gentle enough to be used on the face and other sensitive areas, but it is not recommended for hairs inside of the nose or ears because these hairs are essential to healthy functioning.

Finally Free is so sensitive, you can apply makeup right after use. There is no redness, irritation or other tell tale signs of use.

The conductive gel used on the Finally Free patches is hypoallergenic and will not irritate your skin.

While Finally Free is an FDA approved medical device and completely safe for use on even the youngest skin, we recommend that anyone under the age of eighteen use only under adult supervision and use only as directed.

As long as is needed. Finally Free is absolutely safe, so if you have stubborn hairs that take longer for treatment, you can go ahead and leave on for 10-15 minutes and there will be no harm to your skin.

One common mistake people make when using Finally Free is not extending the cord that connects to the unit. The radio waves can be disrupted if the cord is kinked or wound. See video.

The tweezer attachment is best used for individual problem or stray hairs. There is NO tugging or pulling involved. You are not pulling out the hairs, just isolating them for treatment. See video for tips.

The Finally Free patch system allows you to remove hairs from a larger area all at once. The patches have a mildly sticky backing but they do not pull out the hairs, it is only to help the patch adhere lightly to your skin. Do not press on the patch during treatment since this will disrupt the radio waves. See videos for more!

The patches are designed for reuse in the same treatment session. Patches can be reused up to three times in the same treatment session and then become less effective. They cannot be reused in different treatment sessions.

Skin and hair should be clean and dry. Treating the area with a moisturizer or buffing the skin beforehand can aid in the hair falling out easier after treatment. The Finally Free system works best when hair is ¼" long. See videos for more!

Hair Removal Patches come in multiple sizes and are labeled based on size, they all perform the same function and can be used based on which size works best for the given area of the body you are working on.

Well, that depends on where you live. We ship from New Jersey via FedEx Home Delivery or Ground. (FedEx 2nd Day for Premium Shipping)

If you live close to New Jersey, standard delivery should be 1-2 business days from shipping. if you are in California it could be close to a week. Premium shipping (FedEx 2nd Day) is also available for $15 more, that will ensure 2 business day delivery to anywhere in the continental US.

If you live in Canada or Europe, Standard shipping is US Airmail and Premium is FedEx International Econ.

No, absolutely not. We respect your privacy and therefore ship in a nondescript plain brown box. There is no indication on the shipping container of what is inside.
