1. Authorization Number:
All returns under our Money Back Guarantee must have a return authorization number. Obtaining your authorization number is automated and easy. Please click here and log in to access your authorization number. Those returns that are received within 30 days but without an authorization number by email will be charged a $10 processing fee. Lack of authorization number can also delay processing the return credit.
2. Receiving Your Return Instructions:
If you are within the terms of the guarantee your return request will be processed and we will email you return instructions, including your return authorization number.
3. Prepping the Return Package:
Products returned under the 30-day money back guarantee must be returned in its original package, with the hair removal appliance wrapped in its original plastic bag. Products must be returned complete (excluding disposable patches), in original condition for a full refund of the appliance (F-140 or F-125).
When returning items under our 30-day guarantee, you must have a return authorization number. This number, your order number, and your name must be both on the exterior of the packaging and inside the box.
Any missing parts (excluding disposable patches) will be charged against the return credit at current retail for those parts. Pricing for most of those parts can be found by clicking here.

5. If You Purchased the Finally Free Unit From a Reseller:
The 30-day money back guarantee is only offered to purchasers from this site. A Finally Free product purchased at any of our resellers, or any other of our sites may be covered by their policies. No matter where you bought it, you are still covered by our 1-year manufacturers warranty when bought new from an authorized reseller. Proof of purchase is required.
Finally Free is also fully warranted against any defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of purchase. Damage due to improper handling or use is not covered. If a problem occurs and is within these terms, we will repair or replace the unit under this program at no cost to you.

Indicate the warranty return by a large "W" on the outside of the package. Inside, please include a copy of your order, your address, and any details regarding the problem you are experiencing. Again, indicate this is a warranty return by placing a large “W” at the top of any correspondence.
Warranty items will be repaired or replaced and returned to you.

Our 1 Year Warranty and 30-Day Guarantee are offered to the original purchaser only and both of these are void if the product has been tampered with.
*Most customers find that they can tell if Finally Free is working within the 30 day guarantee period. However, if you feel you need more time (due to your particular hair cycle or the coarseness of your hair), we offer a 30-day extension on the money-back guarantee. Just call 1-800-675-0021 within the original 30-day period to activate this extension.
We strongly advise you send all returns back to us via an internet traceable method (USPS with web tracking, UPS or Fedex) as we will only credit returns that we can verify the receipt of. We will try our best to identify your return - putting your return authorization number, order number and name on the outside of the packaging and inside the box will help... this is especially true when sending from a package store. If we cannot independently verify the return, we may ask you for your tracking number to assist us in the verification process before we issue a credit.
On any return, you must pay the freight back to us. If you refuse the shipment, and/or send it back to us freight collect by any method, those charges plus additional handling will be deducted from any return credit you may receive.
When your order arrives, please check it for completeness. You have 5 business days from receipt to report anything missing from the package.
