To date, Never Shave Again has not sent out any email communications to it customers other than in the fulfilment of an order or responding to an inquiry. However, If you have opted in to recieve our newsletter, we retain our right to do so. Other Important Policies
Commercial Sales
This is a retail website, while we do accommodate those who would like to use Finally Free in their salons, we can not offer the 30 day guarantee for that purpose. Therefore, all commercial sales are excluded from our money back guarantee. Additionally, sales of 3 or more units will be classified as a commercial sale. This is clearly stated on our guarantee page.
Order Changes and or Cancellations
Changes to your Order and or Order Cancellations must be done during normal business hours the day the order is placed. Please call 800-675-0021 and speak to a customer service rep to ensure your order has been changed before it has shipped. Orders are processed and shipped starting at 6am the next business day, before our offices are open.
Credit card orders that are canceled after the transaction has settled with the credit card company (after 12pm EST each day) will be subject to a cancelation charge of $10 or 5% of the order.
To make any changes to your shipping address, please call our customer care department at 800-675-0021. Changes to your address after order processing will result in an additional shipping charge.
Please know that any refused shipments, or any undeliverable shipment that we are charged the return shipping costs are subject to shipping and handling charges both ways.
If you are an international customer (outside US) you are responsible for any duty and taxes due in your country, if you fail to pay those, or to receive goods from the shipper, those charges will be deducted from any return credit.
Warranty Returns or Returns under our Money Back Guarantee
All returns under our Money Back Guarantee must have a return authorization number, the process is easy and automated, you can get one by clicking here and login in. If you are within the terms of the guarantee, your return request will be processed and we will email you return instructions, including your return authorization number. THIS PROCESS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND MUST BE FOLLOWED... Those returns that are received within 30 days but without first recieving a return authorization number by email will be charged a $10 fee and have a delay in processing their return credit.
When returning items under our 30 day guarantee, you must have a return authorization number. This number, your order number, and your name must be both on the exterior of the packaging and inside the box.
Products returned under our 30 day money back guarantee must be returned in its original packaging, with the hair removal appliance wrapped in its original plastic bag. Products must be returned complete, in original condition for a full refund of the appliance (F-140) to apply (excluding disposable patches). Money back guarantee only applies to the F-140 and does not apply to any other item ordered. Any missing parts (excluding disposable patches) will be charged against the return credit at current retail for those parts. Pricing for most of those parts can be found by clicking here.
While we are the manufacturer, we only offer the 30 day money back guarantee to purchasers from this site. A Finally Free product purchased at any of our resellers, or any other of our sites may be covered by their policies. No matter where you bought it , you are still covered by our 1 year manufactuerers warranty when bought new from a authorized reseller. Proof of purchase is required.
Our 1 Year Warranty and 30 Day Guarantee are offered to the original purchaser only and both of these are void if the product has been tampered with.
If your order is outside the 30 days and within 1 year, you may send it back for repair. You must place a large W and your order number on the outside of the box, and put a copy of your order with a big W on it on the inside of the box. We will inspect, and either repair or replace the unit.
We strongly advise you send all returns back to us via an internet traceable method (USPS with web tracking, UPS or Fedex) as we will only credit returns that we can verify the reciept of. We will try our best to identify your return - putting your return authorization number, order number and name on the outside of the packaging and inside the box will help... this is especially true when sending from a package store. If we can not independently verify the return, we may ask you for your tracking number to assist us in the verification process before we issue a credit.
On any return, you must pay the freight back to us. If you refuse the shipment, and/or send it back to us freight collect by any method, those charges plus additional handling will be deducted from any return credit you may receive.
When your order arrives, please check it for completeness. You have 5 business days from receipt to report anything missing from the package.

Returned checks are subject to a $25 charge. If the check is returned for non payment, you have 14 days to provide an alternative form of payment before collection procedures are initiated. Consumer agrees to pay all collection fees in addition to the cost of the product for non payment.
